Refund policy

Digital goods — no refunds after download. Once the Entry Brief files are available to you (the download page opens or a file is downloaded), the sale is final.

Why

Entry Brief is an immediately deliverable digital product. After you can download it, we cannot take the knowledge or files back.

Before you pay

Read the product description on getentrybrief.com. If it is not a fit — for example you need a broker to file for you — do not buy.

Technical problems

If checkout succeeded but the download page or files fail for a technical reason on our side, email hello@astorventuresllc.com with your Stripe receipt. We will help you get working access. That is fulfillment support, not a change to the no-refunds policy after a successful download.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Friendly fraud / chargebacks after a completed digital delivery may be contested with evidence of delivery.
