Terms of sale

What you get

You receive a PDF guide and a CSV product sheet. The files are generic templates and worksheets for first-time US importers. They are not customized for your shipment.

What we are not

We are not a licensed customs broker. We do not file entries with CBP, choose HTS / duty codes for you, prepare case-specific documents, or give legal, tax, or customs advice. Duty codes and filing responsibility stay with you as the importer of record. Confirm every code with a licensed customs broker.

License

You may download the files for your own business use and keep copies. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the pack as a competing product, or share download links publicly.

Payments

Price is shown at checkout in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Access after payment

After payment, Stripe takes you to a download page for your order. The page checks with our payment records that the order was paid before showing the download buttons. Please download and save the files then; you can bookmark that page to download again later. If you lose access, email hello@astorventuresllc.com with the email address you used at checkout. Downloads are not listed on the public website.

Changes

Laws and CBP / broker practice change. Templates may be updated over time; past purchases are not automatically entitled to every future revision unless we say otherwise.
